- You have not previously been permanently banned from aa44.
- All personal information provided is true, accurate, and up to date.
aa44 may request supporting documents for age verification at any time. If it is found that a user is under 21, the account will be closed immediately and deposited funds will be returned, however any associated winnings may be forfeited.
Account Registration & Management
3.1 One Account Policy
Only one aa44 account is permitted per person. Creating multiple accounts from the same person, family, address, device, or IP address is strictly prohibited. Violating this policy may result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.
3.2 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Giving a third party access to your account or selling your account is strictly prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, contact us immediately at [email protected].
3.3 Identity Verification
aa44 may at any time request a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued document for identity verification (KYC). Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.
3.4 Account Closure
Users may request account closure at any time via live chat or email. aa44 also reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms.
Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits
aa44 currently accepts deposits via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount for all methods is ৳100.
Deposits are only accepted from a payment method registered in the name of the account holder. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
4.2 Withdrawal Conditions
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. A verified account is required to make a withdrawal.
Withdrawals are generally made through the same method used for the deposit. If a bonus is active, withdrawals may be restricted until the associated wagering requirements have been met.
Bonus & Promotional Terms
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members at aa44 receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500; depositing ৳12,000 or more gives the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳20,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
A 15x wagering requirement applies on the bonus amount — on the bonus funds only, not on the original deposit. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = ৳22,500 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
5.3 General Bonus Rules
- An account is eligible for the welcome bonus only once.
- Bonuses cannot be converted to cash or transferred.
- aa44 reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion at any time.
- If bonus abuse is found, the account may be suspended and the bonus forfeited.
- Terms may differ between promotions — the specific terms of each offer apply.
Fair Play & Prohibited Activities
aa44 is committed to maintaining a fair and transparent gaming environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Use of any fraudulent software, bots, or automated tools.
- Exploiting technical errors or bugs in games for personal gain.
- Placing coordinated bets (arbitrage, bonus abuse) with the aim of abusing bonuses.
- Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
- Attempting unauthorized access to another user's personal information or account.
- Threats, harassment, or abusive behavior toward other players or support staff.
If such activities are detected, aa44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account and forfeit the associated balance without prior notice. In serious cases, information may be provided to law enforcement authorities.
